It’s an ideal time for golf, beach walks, patio dining, shopping, festivals and weekend escapes without the peak-summer crowds. Whether you're here to golf, spend time by the ocean, enjoy everything around Barefoot Landing, or simply get away for a few days, Fairway & Tides gives you a comfortable place to come home to at the end of the day. THE SPACE The condo comfortably sleeps four in beds, with room for up to six using the queen sleeper sofa. Primary Bedroom: King bed Second Bedroom: Two Twin XL beds Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa The kitchen is stocked for guests who like to cook, along with both drip and Keurig coffee makers, a kettle, waffle maker, crock pot, toaster and a starter supply of coffee and other essentials. GOOD TO KNOW Fairway & Tides is on the third/top floor and there is no elevator. The stairs are the tradeoff for vaulted ceilings, no unit above you, and a peaceful top-floor setting. This is our second home, not a corporate rental, and we’ve tried to furnish and stock it with the little things that make a stay feel comfortable and easy. Come enjoy fall at the beach—less crowded, laid-back and still close to everything North Myrtle Beach has to offer.

The condo is in a quiet community setting for a more relaxing stay, yet minutes to Barefoot Landing (restaurants, shopping, entertainment), the beach, and golf. While not walkable to most attractions, everything is just a short drive away—giving you the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.
Guest Access
The property is located on the 3rd floor and can only be accessed by stairs located on either the left or right side of the building. The door is outfitted with a smart lock. Prior to check-in, you will receive your personalized door access code. Guests have access to the entire condo, with the exception of a locked owners' closet. Two unassigned parking spaces are available.
